Whether it’s of Ireland, from Ireland, made in Ireland or just makes you think of Ireland, your photo could win you a cash prize of €1,000 - or your currency's equivalent.

All you have to do is add and publish your photo below with "#iloveirish" or "iloveirish" in the title. Tell us a bit about the photo and share. You can enter as many times as you like.

Your photo will be published immediately under your own profile.

Please note: photos will be automatically resized to a width of 649 pixels.

You can, if you wish, include a link to a higher res version posted elsewhere, but this is neither mandatory or necessary.

Photos will be judged and prizes awarded on 30 April, 2013.

Submitted photos must be your own and should not have won or placed in any other photography competitions. You must have a completed WorldIrish profile, including your real name and a profile photograph. The competition runs until April 30. Photos will be judged by a panel including WorldIrish members. 

You retain full ownership and copyright of your photo - if we want to use it for anything other than this competition, we will contact you for permission. We may share your photo on our own social media channels but will always attribute it to you. Other terms and conditions are below.

Full competition Terms & Conditions - This competition is open to all members of the WorldIrish community aged 18 years and over.
- The competition runs to 30 April 2013. - The Promoter is WorldIrish, Gateway House, 133 Capel Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. We're at [email protected].
- Entrants must be registered fully with the WorldIrish website and complete their member profile to include name and profile photo during the competition dates. You'll find your profile settings here.
- To enter the competition, participants must upload their own photos on WorldIrish.com using the tag #iloveirish or iloveirish
- Photos must be original photos taken by the entrant. You should not use anyone else’s photo to enter.
- Entries into the Photo Competition will not be accepted through any other platform.
- All photos entered into the competition will be subject to moderation. Any pictures deemed to contain inappropriate content or to be racist or offensive will be removed from the competition with no recourse to the entrant.
- Photos entered into the competition can only be submitted once. Members can enter as many photos as they like.
- The overall winning entry will be judged by an independent judging panel selected by WorldIrish.com including WorldIrish members.
- There is one main prize of €1000 or the Currency Equivalent. The winner will be paid by cheque. The winner will be notified by a message to their PM inbox.
- If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, or the winner cannot avail of the prize for any reason, the Promoters will be entitled to dispose of the prize as they see fit without any liability to the winner for doing so.
- WorldIrish.com fully respects your copyright in the photos you submit and does not claim ownership of any photos entered. Entrants however may be invited to participate in or feature their photos in future promotional materials. In such cases, WorldIrish.com will contact the relevant copyright holder in order to obtain permission.
- As per existing WorldIrish Terms, you can remove your original material at any time. Removing your photos obviously removes you from the competition. Closing your WorldIrish.com account will cancel your entry into the competition.
- All prize details are subject to availability and any terms and conditions governing the elements of the prize. The Promoters are not responsible for any matter arising from or relating to the enjoyment of the prize.
- WorldIrish.com reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
- WorldIrish.com reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
- WorldIrish.com accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition - you should email [email protected] in such circumstances.
- This competition and these terms are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
