It can be a tough life, being an Irish gourmet abroad. Convincing the locals that your black pudding or your stew is just as good as the local stuff is never easy.

Well, Australia's Paddy the Baker, from Miranda, New South Wales, seems to have turned one discerning local on to traditional Irish soda bread!

'A true Aussie enjoying my Soda Bread. We're getting there,' Paddy said on his Facebook page. Good job!
