Competition: Win tickets to The Divine Comedy, Cathy Davey, Sharon Shannon and more tonight - Oscar the Hypno Dog

I'm delighted to support the release of the album and live concert of Oscar The Hypno-Dog and Other Tails.
You can win two tickets to tonight's launch concert.
Watch the video of the track 'One Ear Up One Ear Down' here.
All proceeds from the album go to non-profit small Irish charity Dogs in Distress. Everyone involved in the album has given their time, recordings and royalties free of charge so every cent raised by this album will go directly to the charity.
Tickets are just €20 and like the album of the same name, all proceeds from the concert will go to the charity.
Some details about the album and the show:
Cathy Davey and Neil Hannon love dogs! They live in Dublin with their three rescue dogs…Rex, Molly and the latest addition, Daisy. So much so that they have made an album with a bevy of musical friends in aid of Dogs in Distress.
Oscar The Hypno-Dog and Other Tails features songs from David Gray, David O’Doherty, Graham Linehan, Lisa Hannigan and many more and is on sale now.
Tracklisting:
- Cathy Davey - (How Much is) That Doggie In the Window?
- Lisa Hannigan and Graham Linehan - I Don't Know What We're Fighting For
- Harry Haller and the Hooligans - One Ear Up, One Ear Down
- Cathy Davey - The Eh Eh Song
- Villagers - Casey the Wonder Dog
- Lisa O' Neil - Dog Baby
- Samual Arnold - Tickly Teeth
- The Divine Comedy - Oscar the Hypno-Dog
- David Turpin - Fur
- Rhob Cunningham - Jet's Song

- Sharon Shannon - Top Dog Gaffo - A Day in the Life of Some Rescued Doggies

Cathy explained:
“I had been trying to figure out how to raise awareness for homeless dogs without it being a negative campaign for some time. Then I went to see David Turpin play last year and was moved by his song “Fur”. It was such a playful love song that I wondered how many other songwriters would be interested in writing songs about dogs they have loved.
Turns out nearly everyone I approached had a funny story to tell and so now we have a 15 track album that’s as personal and playful as it gets.”
You can find out more about the project over here.
