But I was watching a really terrible ransom porno the other day - for research, you understand - and it dawned on me that if that was real life, and a millionaire's wife was kidnapped, a) the kidnappers would NOT be FaceTiming the husband and b) the FBI would have that phone tapped in a millisecond and the house stormed. 

And thus this idea was born.
