How to bake your very own Jumper Cake from Father Ted

Remember that episode of Father Ted in which Mrs Doyle bakes a lovely surprise cake for heartthrob Eoin McLove?
Of course you do. Now, have you ever watched that episode and thought: what a good idea that was?
You have? Oh. Well, you're in luck then.
A bunch of Irish lads in Australia at the moment decided to play the prank on their friend Jack for his birthday, and make a real-life Jumper Cake, complete with recipe instruction and a frankly brilliant deadpan version of the Father Ted theme song.
'It will be lovely and nice when you eat, and wear, your cake,' he promises. And as an added bonus, they've included the reaction of what happens when he cuts the cake.
This is actually a thing: we were able to find two more videos on YouTube of real-life Jumper Cakes.
No idea what we're talking about? You can watch the actual Eoin McLove episode from 1998 on YouTube here, with the Jumper Cake scene starting at 16:10.
(Hat-tip to Joe.ie, who were sent the video by the lads involved.)
