16 things United fans can do to get over Alex Ferguson's retirement

Since the mid-1990s if you've looked around any schoolyard in Ireland the majority of lads are split between Liverpool fans and Man United fans. And I being the latter have lived my entire life with Alex Ferguson in charge of United.
So now I'm lost, confused and unsure of what to do today in the wake of the news. So to try help my United brethren who feel the same way, I've come with a list of things to do in the midst of our grief.
1.Try list off all the trophies Sir Alex won
There are 38 in total. So that should occupy a couple of hours. Thankfully The Score.ie have the full list.

2. Watch Steve Bruce's winning goal against Sheffield Wednesday in 1993
Just when it looked like United's quest march towards the first Premier League title in 1993 was running off the rails, Steve Bruce popped up to score two late goals to beat Wednesday 2-1.
A victory the propelled Ferguson's side onto league glory.
3. Read some of the best Tweets about Fergie's retirement.
Twitter is full of poets and comedians alike this morning. This is my favourite by a distance though.
4. Watch Soccer AM's interview with him a couple of weeks ago
OK maybe it's not him
5. Take over Liverpool on Football Manager and get them relegated
Sell Luis Suarez on a free transfer, offer all their U18s £100k a week contracts, play with Steven Gerrard in goals and Pepe Reina up front – sit back and revel as Liverpool finish bottom of the league.
Hours of fun!
6. Bask in Denis Irwin's wing wizardry
Never mind Ryan Giggs or Cristiano Ronaldo, it was all about the man from Cork!
7. Get the sexy managers calendar
James Husband's brilliant painting of Sir Alex and Kenny Dalglish reenacting that scene from Ghost.
You can find his calendar here so you'll never have to go a day without seeing Fergie.
8. Fondly remember Roy Keane giving out to Patrick Vieira
'See you out there!'
9. Read some of Fergie's best quotes
10. Rewatch the documentary on United's treble winning season
I was nine. I don't remember anything else from my 365 days as a nine-year-old bar United winning the treble.
In the words of Gary Neville...'Unbellllieeeevable!'
11. Listen to every number one single since Sir Alex has taken in charge
Take my Breath Away was the first, now just roughly 1,375 songs left.
12. Contact friends to discuss his departure
'I just can't believe it Jimmy. I mean they're there one minute, then they're gone the next.' 'And sure it was only Sunday I seen him out and about in Old Trafford there, chewing gum and not a both a bother on him.'
13. Watch the Kevin Keegan 'love it' rant
Definitely the prime example of Fergie's mastery of the mind games.
14. Spend hours watching all the tribute videos on Youtube
There will be an endless amount of them over the next few days.
15. Try explain his importance to people who don't care
Feck it actually! Maybe just close the curtains, turn off Sky Sports News, watch the entire boxset of Father Ted, and live in denial for a while longer.
16. Organise a wake
OK I know he hasn't actually died but it sure feels similar. So maybe the only way us Irish Man United fans can grieve properly is to organise a wake.
Lay out a giant cardboard cut-out of Fergie in the middle of the room, while everyone gathers round it to drink, eat sandwiches, say decades of the rosary, and share their fondest memories of Sir Alex's time in charge.
