James Joyce is a true Dubliner – he once said that 'When I die, Dublin will be written on my heart.' And the city felt the same way, erecting a statue on North Earl Street – which was looking particularly dapper this morning, cloaked in, well, a cloak.

Who the mysterious fashionista who though Joyce looked a little chilly is, we don't know, but he cuts a fine figure in his new cape.
