Three generations away from Ireland, I live on a remote country property in Ontario, Canada. We keep horses, dogs, cats and have no shortage of nature's abundance; deer, coyotes, raccoons, beavers, bears and wild turkeys. I am active in my community as a member of the Police Services Board and also enjoy being the official Town Crier, appointed by my Township. This summer (2012) I travelled to Tipperary where I presented myself as Town Crier at my Family reunion. I hunger for the beauty of Ireland and regularly make the journey "home."
