Recipe: Mustard dill-crusted salmon with Irish potato colcannon

Today's recipe comes courtesy of Publix, with their video on to make salmon with Irish colcannon.

You can find all the details of the recipe here which shows how to make the sauce, colcannon, breading and all that jazz. And it's a nice printable version too. 

The whole thing's a bit fishy if you ask me though.
