Interview: Artist Stephen Mooney talks about his new comic Half Past Danger at Arcade Con 2013

This weekend, while attending Arcade Con I interviewed IDW writer and artist Stephen Mooney.

Having worked on a variety of licensed properties for the last seven years, including Angel, Spike, The A-Team and Star Trek, Stephen recently launched his own creator owned comic Half Past Danger. The book is set in World War II and is heavily inspired by films like Raiders of the Lost Ark.

In the interview below, Stephen talks about breaking into comics, the decision to move into creator owned work and the risks it involved and what the success of the comic has been like.
